Orders & Payments

• Orders will be processed only upon receipt of full payment.
• We accept all major online payment methods. Cash-on-delivery availability is subject to region.

Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns are accepted only within 72 hours of delivery if criteria are met.
• Special sales and flash sale items are not eligible for returns/refunds.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within X working days. Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days post dispatch.
• Tracking ID is provided by email. Delays may occur during festive seasons or due to weather disruptions.

Liability

• In-Ekaki is not responsible for delays beyond our control.
