Product Care

• Our products are made of Pure Leather. Leather cannot be washed/cleaned regularly
• From time to time rub top leather with a soft dry fabric to remove dust, light marks/scratches.
• Avoid oil spills/pen marks as they cannot be removed with normal treatment.
• Leather is not water proof and should not be washed.
• We provide a dust bag with our products to store when not in use. This protects item from dust & moisture.
• Incase it does get wet the bag can be stuffed with newspaper rolls & left to dry in the shade. Do not keep in direct sunlight/use hair dryer as this will cause the leather to shrink or become brittle.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time:

• All standard orders will be dispatched within _ working days. Standard delivery timeline will be 5 to 7 working days after dispatch. The tracking ID will be sent via email after dispatch.
• Orders placed after 18:00 hrs the order will be processed the next day.
• Shipments might experience delays in the event of weather related or high demand (festive season) disruption.

Cancellation Policy:

• After placing an order, customers may cancel it only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
• We do not accept cancellations once the product has been dispatched from the warehouse.

Return & Exchange Policy

In case you are not satisfied with a product purchased on the in ekaki website, we are here to help!

The product will only be accepted for a refund or exchange if notified within 72 hours after delivery and if it meets the following criterias:

• Item is in original state along with bill, tag & original packaging
• Item must have no visible signs of wear and tear or use

If the product meets our return criteria mentioned, you can return your product to be exchanged for a different product or a refund equivalent to the original payment of the returned product.
