Product Care

• Our products are made of Pure Leather. Leather cannot be washed/cleaned regularly.
• From time to time rub top leather with a soft dry fabric to remove dust, light marks/scratches.
• Avoid oil spills/pen marks as they cannot be removed with normal treatment.
• Leather is not water proof and should not be washed.
• We provide a dust bag with our products to store when not in use to protect from dust & moisture.
• If leather gets wet, stuff with paper & let dry in shade. Do not use direct heat.

Shipping & Returns

Delivery Time:

• All standard orders dispatch in standard processing time. Delivery time usually 5–7 working days after dispatch.
• Orders placed after 18:00 hrs will be processed next day.
• Delays may occur during high-demand seasons.

Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• No cancellation accepted once order is dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

Return/exchange accepted only if informed within 72 hours of delivery and product is unused.

• Product must be returned with original packaging, bill and tags.
• No visible signs of wear or use.
